Hi, friend!

Thank you for stopping by Proofmyst and taking the time to read this. My name is Chaitanya and I am a mixologist who is an avid bourbon and scotch lover (really all spirits except vodka lol). While I am not in the industry, I have been told my pallet is quite commendable. After years of tasting bourbon/cocktails, I am now writing my thoughts down of what I have learned and experienced so far. As with art, taste is subjective but I am committed to giving you the most raw and honest review of what I am drinking.
